Identify target markets, farmer value propositions and strategic growth opportunities. Build crop-specific strategic plans including value creation, profitability, investment and resource requirements. Lead governance and decision-making processes related to seed treatment activities. Manage and develop the product portfolio Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities and development priorities. Manage the full lifecycle of seed treatment solutions, from development and launch to optimization and phase-out. Define product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing teams. Lead successful product launches and ensure effective market adoption. Build strategic partnerships Define and execute product and technology sourcing strategies. Negotiate supply agreements and strategic partnerships with key suppliers. Secure access to innovative technologies, products and services. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio growth and innovation. Lead operations and people Manage a team of specialists covering agronomic development, application technologies and procurement/regulatory coordination. Oversee agronomic trials and industrial validation activities for new solutions. Ensure regulatory compliance of products across production and commercialization markets. Define technical standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, resources and investments to achieve business objectives. Represent Limagrain within the industry Build strong relationships with crop protection, biocontrol and biostimulant companies and suppliers. Represent Limagrain within industry associations and professional organizations at European level. The Seed Treatment Portfolio Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the European seed treatment strategy for hybrid crops, including maize, sunflower and oilseed rape. The role is accountable for building, managing and optimizing the seed treatment portfolio, ensuring the successful development, positioning and commercialization of innovative solutions while working closely with suppliers, partners and cross-functional teams. What we expect of you Education Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or an equivalent scientific discipline. Experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in the seed industry, seed treatment or crop protection sector. Proven expertise in portfolio management and product development for field crops. Successful experience in team leadership and cross-functional project management within an international environment. Key Competencies Strong understanding of seed industry dynamics, product development processes and commercial drivers. Strategic thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Excellent project management, negotiation and partnership-building skills. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international and matrix organization. Fluent English communication skills.
