The North America Seeds Production Services Lead is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support Corteva’s Seed Production operations across the United States and Canada. The role manages approximately $150MM in annual spend across critical production services, labor, field operations, harvesting, equipment, and other operational categories that enable reliable, efficient, and cost-effective seed production. This position leads sourcing, supplier management, and commercial strategy activities while partnering closely with Seed Operations, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, mitigate supply risk, and deliver measurable business value. The role also supports procurement excellence through supplier governance, process improvement, and collaboration across the broader Procurement organization. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role working in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Seed Production Services across North America, aligning procurement activities with business and operational priorities. Lead sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, onboarding, and category management for temporary labor, field services, harvesting, equipment, and other production support services. Partner with Seed Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage supplier performance, mitigate risk, and drive cost savings, efficiency, and value creation. Ensure contract compliance, supplier governance, and continuous improvement across procurement processes and commercial agreements. Lead and develop one procurement professional while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Experience managing complex supplier portfolios in operational, agricultural, industrial, labor, equipment, or service-based environments. Proven success in supplier management, contract negotiations, and delivering measurable business value. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, contracting, supplier performance, and procurement processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage spend data, market intelligence, and supplier insights to drive sourcing decisions. Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
