  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify customer challenges, emerging application needs, recurring portfolio opportunities, and competitive gaps that can drive future portfolio investments and growth.
  • Build and maintain the Semiconductor Portfolio opportunities, documenting, qualifying, and recommending portfolio and application opportunities for review with Product Management and SBU leadership.
  • Partner with Product Management to translate customer and market insights into portfolio opportunities, roadmap recommendations, and future investment priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, MarCom, and Sales teams to support successful product launches, commercialization activities, and customer adoption.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, and consistently deliver high-quality work while managing multiple priorities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Semiconductor, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Technologies, or other high-growth technology markets.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market, customer, application, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting Voice of Customer initiatives, market research, opportunity assessment, growth strategy development, or portfolio planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and commercial audiences.
