Self-employed EMDR Associate Therapist job pack We are excited to announce we are recruiting for growing our therapies offer and are now looking for self-employed EMDR Associate Therapists to support adults across Lancashire through our @Therapies service. Job title : Self-employed EMDR Associate Therapist (Virtual delivery) (EMDR with CBT Therapist as primary modality) Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, delivered online Contract: Self-employed Application deadline: Friday 28th August, midnight Interview date: Thursday 24th September (online) This is a flexible associate role delivering one-to-one EMDR therapy sessions virtually, helping adults access high-quality mental health support through Lancashire Mind’s @Therapies service. The role Deliver virtual one-to-one EMDR therapy sessions for adults referred to Lancashire Mind’s @Therapies service Offer a minimum of 5 client sessions per week, with flexibility to meet client demand where possible Provide safe, high-quality, trauma-informed support in line with professional frameworks Keep clear client notes, complete agreed outcome measures and follow safeguarding procedures Attend monthly virtual therapy service meetings and maintain regular supervision with an appropriate EMDR supervisor You’ll be part of a growing service focused on accessible, personalised mental health support for adults across Lancashire, with EMDR now being added to our @Therapies offer. What we're looking for A qualified therapist with an MSc or undergraduate degree in Counselling or CBT Accredited or registered with BABCP, and ideally EMDR UK/Europe Completed standard accredited EMDR UK training, parts 1–3 Experience delivering EMDR therapy online, including with clients presenting with complex needs Experience supporting clients where trauma is the primary presentation Already set up as self-employed, including business insurance, enhanced DBS, professional membership, clinical supervision and ICO registration Someone who can build safe, supportive relationships, work independently, communicate well and keep accurate clinical records What you get £40 per EMDR therapy session Potential opportunity to also deliver CBT sessions at £30 per session, where suitably qualified and able to offer this provision Flexible, virtual delivery, with some potential face-to-face delivery in the future as the service develops Opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-led organisation focused on improving mental health and wellbeing across Lancashire Please note: This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
