Self-Pay Account Representative

📍 Remote | 💲 $23.00 - $25.00/hour

Liberty Resources is seeking a Self-Pay Account Representative to support patient account management and revenue cycle activities for our School-Based Health Services program. The Self-Pay Account Representative serves as a liaison between families, students, and school personnel while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding balances, billing statements, and payment options
• Collect and process patient payments
• Establish payment plans and financial agreements
• Assist patients and families with billing inquiries
• Document account activity and maintain accurate records
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
• Resolve customer service issues and account concerns

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree preferred and/or medical billing and collections training
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• NextGen EHR experience preferred but not required
