About the Role

We are expanding our team with a Senior 3D Expert who will lead the end‑to‑end development of advanced 3D visualization and editing capabilities within our cloud‑native web platform. This role is central to building next‑generation experiences for visualizing field development layouts—from reservoir models through topside facilities.

You will be hands‑on, delivering production‑ready features using Angular, TypeScript, and Three.js, and collaborating closely with a distributed engineering team to solve complex, highly

technical visualization challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of 3D visualization and editing modules using Three.js, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
• Build and maintain cloud-native web components within an Angular + TypeScript application.
• Collaborate with PMs, backend engineers, and UX to deliver intuitive, interactive 3D workflows for complex engineering scenarios.
• Optimize rendering pipelines and large datasets for smooth, responsive user interactions.
• Develop reusable 3D components and frameworks that scale across features and teams.
• Contribute to architecture, coding standards, and best practices for UI and 3D modules.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, experimental, distributed global team environment.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong, proven expertise in Three.js and browser‑based 3D rendering.
• Advanced experience building cloud-native applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code within a CI/CD workflow.
• Solid understanding of rendering pipelines, scene optimization, materials, lighting, and spatial interaction design.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and Azure Repos in a distributed team environment.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest).
• Background in energy, industrial, or engineering domains.
• Experience with complex spatial workflows or large-scale 3D technical applications.
• UX understanding related to scientific or engineering visualization tools.
