The Senior Account Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing dealer agreement processing and serving as a central liaison between sales teams and internal stakeholders. It supports deal execution by reviewing proposals, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of documentation across varying levels of deal complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Review, clarify, and process dealer program proposals and agreement documentation
- Coordinate internal approvals and facilitate communication between sales, legal, and operational teams
- Prepare agreements, amendments, and supporting documentation in alignment with compliance standards
- Partner with legal to ensure appropriate contract language and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Manage deal control processes, including quality checks and internal notifications
- Support profit model requests and assist in deal structuring as needed
- Accurately process low to mid-complexity deals independently while meeting volume and quality expectations
- Assist with high-complexity deal processing with guidance, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract administration, deal processing, or a related operational role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately
- Knowledge of agreement structures, documentation workflows, and compliance considerations
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting business proposals and contract terms
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks and collaborate on more complex transactions
