Iron Mountain is seeking an ambitious Account Executive, Asset Lifecycle Management to join our North America ALM Sales team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead strategic enterprise pursuits that help major organizations unlock value, extend device lifecycles, and secure critical hardware assets. Here, your solution-selling expertise will directly bridge complex IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) needs with sustainable, lifecycle-long data security solutions. You’ll play a vital part in transforming IT deployments into a major competitive advantage while driving sustainable revenue growth across key enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Portfolio Growth & Pipeline Ownership: Accelerate product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts, expanding strategic discussions to generate pipeline and maintaining rigorous forecasting hygiene in Salesforce.
- Lead Complex Deal Management: Navigate end-to-end deal execution from qualification through closure, collaborating with Client Partners to win multi-region enterprise opportunities.
- Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Mobilize internal leadership, account teams, and external partners to support high-value, cross-business unit engagements.
- Champion Customer-Driven Innovation: Partner closely with product innovation teams to align product development roadmaps directly with emerging customer goals and market feedback.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales within ITAD or ITAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of hardware lifecycle management, IT asset disposition, and enterprise technical solution platforms (such as BPM or DXP).
- Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, executive stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business problems.
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset with a results-driven, resilient approach and proficiency in Salesforce.

Reasonably expected salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00 + commissions.
Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
