Senior Account Executive – Data Center Infrastructure

Business Development Executive (data center/mission-critical infrastructure exp. req.) Description Our client in the data center infrastructure industry is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. You will manage sales opportunities for engineered cooling equipment used in data centers, with 60–70% of your time focused on developing new business and the remainder on growing existing accounts. Our client is looking for someone with B2B sales experience and recent experience selling into the data center or mission-critical infrastructure market. You must understand the data center ecosystem, be able to find opportunities independently, and confidently hold technical sales conversations. This is an opportunity to help expand a growing product portfolio while earning uncapped commission in a national territory. Responsibilities • Develop new business across data center and mission-critical infrastructure markets • Build relationships with operators, developers, consultants, and contractors • Manage prospecting, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and closing activities • Grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional opportunities • Partner with engineers to develop accurate technical proposals • Identify target accounts, projects, decision-makers, and market entry points • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings • Maintain pipeline, forecast, and opportunity information in CRM/ERP systems • Share customer and market feedback with engineering and leadership Business Development Executive (data center/mission-critical infrastructure exp. req.) Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B technical/engineered solutions sales experience required • Recent data center or mission-critical industry experience required • Familiarity with the full B2B sales cycle and contract negotiations required • Liquid cooling, power generation, or related mission critical infrastructure knowledge required • Ability to independently identify target accounts and opportunities required • CRM/ERP pipeline management experience required • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% required
