ZeroFox protects what's real by removing what isn't. We steadfastly safeguard organizations from fraud, abuse, misinformation, and attack by preemptively exposing, disrupting, and eliminating external threats across the public attack surface — because when people can't tell what's real, they stop trusting everything. ZeroFox uniquely fuses Cyber Threat Intelligence, Brand and Domain Protection, Attack Surface Intelligence, Executive Protection, and Physical Security Intelligence in one platform packed with intelligence you'll actually use. Our continuous cycle — Discover, Validate, Disrupt — helps thousands of customers worldwide, including leaders in finance, media, technology, retail, healthcare, and government, reduce risk, accelerate response, and defend their world. We're growing fast, investing deeply in AI, and building a team of people who are serious about results and never take themselves too seriously. If you're ready to take the fight to the adversary, come defend your world with us. WHAT ZEROFOX WILL LOOK LIKE TO YOU Federal civilian agencies are getting hit by the same phishing kits, impersonation campaigns, and account takeovers we've spent a decade disrupting for commercial enterprises — except the target is a .gov domain and the stakes are public trust. Our FedCiv business is still being built, which means the territory isn't fully carved up and the playbook isn't finished. The person in this role helps write it. THE ROLE You'll own new business and expansion across a defined set of federal civilian agencies — Cabinet-level departments, independent agencies, and the systems integrators who sell into them. That means navigating GSA schedules, GWACs, and agency-specific procurement vehicles as comfortably as you navigate a discovery call. You'll build relationships with security leadership inside the agency and with the contracting officers, resellers, and prime contractors who actually move the paperwork. Success looks like a pipeline built on real agency mission need — not just chasing whatever RFP crossed your desk — and a first year where you've closed at least one flagship agency logo that opens doors across the rest of your territory. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF... You understand federal budget cycles — including the September scramble — and plan your quarter around them instead of getting surprised by them You can sell through a channel: a reseller or systems integrator is often the actual signer, and you're comfortable being the person behind the person You're patient with process without losing urgency — federal deals move on the government's clock, and you keep pushing without forcing it You've sold into government before and already know what a GSA Schedule, an IDIQ, or a task order actually is You build trust with career civil servants the same way you'd build trust with a Fortune 500 CISO — no theatrics, just credibility THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF... You need a deal to close in the same quarter you sourced it — federal cycles are long, and you have to be built for that You've only sold direct and haven't worked a partner-led motion before Procurement rules frustrate you instead of being something you learn to work inside You're not comfortable being one of several vendors on a multi-award vehicle competing for task orders You want a fully built territory with a legacy book of business already closed — this one is still being built 7+ years of enterprise or public sector security sales experience, with a track record of closing new logos Working knowledge of federal procurement — GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, or task order competitions Experience selling through channel partners, resellers, or systems integrators Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing momentum WOULD LOVE, BUT WON'T HOLD IT AGAINST YOU: Existing relationships with federal civilian agency security leadership or federal SI partners Experience selling cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital risk protection specifically Familiarity with FedRAMP and what it does and doesn't require of a vendor like ZeroFox Comprehensive health, dental, and vision (Cigna) HSA with quarterly company contributions 401(k) with 3% match, 100% immediately vested — no cliff Company-paid short/long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — confidential counseling, legal, and financial support Generous time off Equal Opportunity We aim to build a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We embrace inclusion and ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, national origin, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, genetic information, citizenship status, military or veteran status, or any other personal characteristic.
