SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Manage assigned distributors and customers, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Grow business volume by offering alternative solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maximize product availability within assigned accounts to increase market share and distribution.
• Monitor competitors within the assigned territory and develop appropriate action plans.
• Take an active role in updating and managing commercial agreements and working conditions with customers.
• Effectively manage trade investments and conduct periodic fund reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage product stock levels for distributors and customers.

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the Out-of-Home (HoReCa) channel.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Active driver with no travel restrictions.
