Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) therapies and technologies, translating clinical and product value into meaningful solutions for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You will build and strengthen strategic CRM partnerships, co-create business cases with customers, and support healthcare providers in designing, implementing, and optimizing clinical pathways across the West Netherlands region.

As the commercial partner for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and hospital networks, you will drive market share growth by executing territory sales strategies, supporting new product launches, and delivering compelling value-based messaging. You will identify business opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and collaborate with customers to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and therapy adoption. Additionally, you will analyze market dynamics, develop account growth plans, and ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives within your territory.

As a CRM Account Manager, you will serve as the primary commercial partner for hospitals and healthcare professionals across West Netherlands. You will build trusted customer relationships, develop account strategies, support commercial negotiations, and help customers optimize clinical pathways through the effective adoption of CRM therapies and technologies.

  • Manage commercial agreements, pricing activities, and contract execution through Vendavo.
  • Maintain accurate customer engagement, call activity, and account planning records within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate purchase order processes, tender submissions, and contract renewals to ensure business continuity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support product launches, market development initiatives, and strategic account growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience in the cardiac medical device industry.
  • Experience managing hospital accounts and engaging with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, tender management, and commercial account planning.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Residence within the West Netherlands region and ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) therapies and implantable cardiac devices.
  • Experience developing customer business cases and value-based healthcare discussions.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement environments, and healthcare networks in the Netherlands.
  • Experience using customer relationship management and contract management systems, including Vendavo.
  • Track record of launching new medical technologies and growing market share within a defined territory.
