Senior Account Manager – Digital & Social Media (Freelance, Full-Time)

SkinPro is a specialist medical aesthetics marketing agency based in Athens, working with clinics, doctors, and aesthetics brands. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the team full time and take ownership of client accounts end to end.

What you will do

• Manage client accounts end to end: you are the liaison between the team and the client, accountable for delivery, deadlines, and client satisfaction
• Run project management across your accounts: timelines, task tracking, and coordination of designers and videographers
• Create content: social media posts, captions, video scripts, and campaign copy in Greek and English
• Plan and schedule content across platforms and keep every account’s calendar running without gaps
• Drive ideation: market research, trend monitoring, and new ideas brought proactively to clients and the team
• Report clearly to clients and internally: what shipped, what performed, what comes next

Requirements (mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with proven account management: running multiple client accounts independently, owning communication and delivery
• Proven project management experience: planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple projects in parallel, on deadline
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva
• Experienced with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube: platform fluency, feed instinct, and an eye for what works
• Experienced with project management tools such as Trello or Notion
• Fully experienced with Google Drive: Docs, Sheets, shared drives, and structured file organization
• Client portfolio submitted with your application: B2B work (LinkedIn, websites) and B2C work (Instagram or similar)
• Proven remote work experience: fully self-managed, structured, and reliable without supervision
• Quick, agile, and clear communication
• Preferably based in Attica, with availability for client visits up to 3 times per month

Languages (mandatory)

Greek and professional English, written and spoken.

Good to have

• Meta Ads and Google Analytics experience, or clear willingness to learn
• CMS experience (WordPress or similar)

The engagement

• Freelance agreement, full time, monthly invoicing. We prefer a freelancer with an existing company and invoicing capability
• Open to discussing employment for the right candidate
• Remote-first, with client visits in Attica
