Guide customers through the platform’s functionalities and help optimize their social media experience. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions for complex user issues. Stay updated on industry trends and social media policies to provide customers with the best support. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records for continuous improvement. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. Proficiency in customer service software and social media platforms. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
