Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP and IFF financial policies. Prepare and oversee statutory financial reporting and coordinate annual statutory audit processes. Support corporate tax compliance, including tax filings and related reporting requirements. Provide finance and accounting support during tax audits, government inspections, and regulatory reviews. Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. Establish and strengthen governance processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the controllership function within the Shared Service Center. Collaborate with global Shared Services and business stakeholders to drive process integration, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop the accounting team by providing coaching, training, guidance, and performance support while addressing ad hoc business requests. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes. Experience working with multinational companies, Shared Service Centers (SSC), or complex finance environments. Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. How Would You Stand Out? Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Experience with US GAAP, SOX compliance, statutory reporting, and external audit management.
