Learn more here: Glacial® Skin | Precision Cooling Cryotherapy for Your Face & More About You: You will join the Finance Team and will work closely with its members, contributing to the teams’ overall efforts. You will have the ability to utilize and expand upon your technical skills in accounting principles, regulations, and software as you provide support in various areas. You will work with all internal departments and will explain financial concepts to non-finance team members. You will maintain high ethical conduct and integrity and a commitment to confidentiality. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED): · Review and approve AP batches in a timely manner · Vendor management in SAP · General transactional accounting knowledge for revenue, depreciation and amortization, etc. · Research and resolve issues with reconciliations for cash, credit card accounts, salary and other data · Review and process employee expense reports · Support FP&A function · Perform ad hoc analysis and data gathering as requested · Assist with quarterly and year-end financial accounting activities and tasks · High level knowledge of tax authorities and requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: · BA in Accounting or Finance · 5+ years of accounting experience · Proficient in GAAP compliance · Knowledge of bill.com and/or NetSuite a plus · Advance Microsoft Suite skills · Effective problem-solving skills · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships across the organization · Strong inner drive and self-discipline PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day · Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds · Ability to view computer screen for long-durations Benefits: · Company paid medical, dental, and vision insurance · 401K plan with company match Plus much more!
