We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to partner on a high-profile accounting engagement supporting a High Net Worth (HNW) client with complex financial structures. You will act as a trusted right hand to leadership-blending technical accounting precision with the responsiveness, discretion, and warmth of a high-end concierge across multi-entity LLCs and Trusts.

Your Impact

• Complex Bill Pay & Cash Management: Execute weekly bill pay cycles across multiple entities (LLCs, Trusts, Personal accounts) utilizing RAMP or BILL, manage vendor relationships, navigate third-party portals, and maintain secure credential and 2FA systems.
• Technical Accounting & General Ledger: Manage the General Ledger within Xero at an expert level, apply deep accounting principles (debits/credits) for inter-company and trust allocations, and prepare financial data for reporting using tools like SYFT Analytics.
• Inbox & Communications Management: Oversee the dedicated accounting inbox with a zero-inbox mentality, triage inquiries, serve as the first line of defense for issue resolution, and represent the firm with utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Ownership: Take total ownership of roadblocks, troubleshoot issues independently to near-completion, and proactively identify and implement workflow efficiencies.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally supporting complex structures, multi-entity setups, or private client services.
• Technical Mastery: Expert/advanced proficiency in Xero, hands-on experience with RAMP or BILL, and familiarity with SYFT Analytics (or advanced reporting tools).
• Core Competencies: Solid foundation in multi-entity accounting, debits, and credits, paired with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• The Concierge Mindset: Previous experience in client-facing service industries or concierge roles is a significant bonus; you possess a finisher's mentality, flawless organization, absolute discretion with confidential HNW data, and a warm, positive demeanor.
