Senior Accountant

We’re Hiring: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Full-Time | Fully Remote

Farheap Solutions, Inc.is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our global team.

🕒 Working hours: Full-time, flexible with some overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours required.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Assist with financial reporting, tax filings, and audit preparation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow tracking.
• Work closely with the Controller and the wider Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Help maintain and improve accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an accounting role in a fully remote setting
• Experience with US GAAP (must) and EU VAT (prefferable)
• Good written and spoken English (B2)
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
