Learn more: www.industryft.com About the Role Working in a multi-client CPA environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven. As a Senior Accountant , you will be a key member of our client services team, managing high-impact deliverables for multiple clients simultaneously with direct exposure to firm leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives on variety—comfortable shifting between industries and complex accounting challenges throughout the day, and speaks English fluently and confidently. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of assigned business clients, serving as their primary day-to-day accounting contact and trusted advisor Perform and review full-cycle bookkeeping, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance for multiple clients. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) in accordance with GAAP, with clear variance analysis and commentary Compile information for federal, state, and local tax returns for business entities and support individual returns (1040) as needed Assist clients with sales and use tax compliance, registration, and periodic filings Manage and maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations across multiple client accounts Support audit and review engagements by preparing work papers, schedules, and supporting documentation Onboard new clients — assess their current accounting systems, identify gaps, and implement clean, consistent processes Communicate proactively with clients on deliverable timelines, open items, and tax planning opportunities Review and mentor the work of staff accountants and bookkeepers assigned to your client portfolio What We’re Looking For Fluent English (C1–C2 level) — Strong, confident verbal communication is a must. You’ll be speaking directly with US business clients and leadership daily Solid knowledge of US GAAP and experience preparing/reviewing comprehensive corporate financial statements 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably within a fast-paced CPA firm or multi-client environment Excellent presentation skills — both visual and verbal Detail-oriented and highly organized Proactive, confident, exceptional organizational and time-management skills Hands-on experience with modern accounting software and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets Experience creating reports, building financial decks, or presenting numbers Why Join Us?
