The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a boutique firm environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients across individuals, trusts, and companies, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing income tax returns, financial statements, GST & FBT returns
• Advising clients on business and tax matters
• Managing multi-entity structures and complex client needs
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to our supportive culture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years in public practice (Australia)
• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Experience with Xero Practice Manager, Tax & Accounting preferred
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
