ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Proficiency in understanding and processing of taxable and tax-exempt Cash dividends.
• Calculating conversion rate of currencies based on Exchange rate provided by the Company while announcing Cash dividends to Shareholders.
• Have knowledge of reading SWIFT messages received from Agent and processing the events as per SWIFT message.
• Full-fledge Knowledge on processing Interest payments of Bonds issued by the Company, redeeming bonds, partially redeeming bonds and Redeeming bonds Early from bondholders by the Company prior to the maturity date announced at the time of issuing bonds.
• Handling events like Liquidation, Executing Cheque payments and Announcing Rights issue to the existing clients of a Company.
• Ability in doing Mandatory with Choice events like Dividend Options, Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
• Expertise in Processing REITS announcements like Taxable and Tax-Exempt Cash dividends, Dividend Options.
• Experienced in processing Capital Distribution and Other Gains Distribution.
• Proficient in doing Record date reconciliation and adjusting Eligibility in Record date reconciliation.
• Performing Notification Reconciliation and Checking whether notification generated to client or not.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 to 6 years of experience
• Good basic Knowledge on accounting.
• Good basic knowledge on Capital Marker and Investment banking product. ( Bond, Equity & Derivative)
• Should be a self-starter and proactive.
• Pro-actively identifies Risk, make recommendations and able to take decisions.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally to create efficiencies and develop solutions to business problems
• Knowledge of Capital Market and Investment Banking Industry preferred (particularly asset classes like Equities and Mutual Funds,
• Eye to detail-oriented candidature with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Should have good oral and written communication skills.
• Accountability: Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to ensure issues are resolved swiftly
• Global Collaboration: Applies global perspective when working within the Team and reach out to relevant stakeholders to avoid any delay in resolving queries
• Communication: Articulates information clearly and presents information effectively and confidently when working with others
• Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. Promptly handles escalated issue/s

Remote and Hybrid Positions

For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate homework environment and the required internet connection.
