Senior Accountant – US GAAP & Statutory Reporting

Location: Poland – 100% Remote

Contract: 12 Months

Pay: $35/HR

Language: Fluent English

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Financial Controller to support UK entities and holding companies within an international finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory financial statements and external audits.
• Handle US GAAP financial reporting.
• Prepare HFM reporting and perform BlackLine activities.
• Support tax accounting and regulatory filings.
• Oversee payroll accounting and outsourced accounting teams.
• Work with global finance stakeholders and auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong US GAAP and statutory reporting experience.
• Experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with tax/regulatory reporting.
• Fluent English.
• Must be located in Poland or authorized to work in Poland.

Preferred: HFM, BlackLine, SAP/ERP, ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA, UK entity accounting experience.
