The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury & AP Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the efficient execution of payments, treasury accounting activities, bank reconciliations, and cash management processes across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Treasury, and other Finance teams to ensure accurate transaction processing, strong financial controls, and timely resolution of operational issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvements and support key finance deliverables within a dynamic international environment.


Responsabilities

  • You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and employee expense payments in accordance with established policies, controls, and payment schedules.
  • You will manage and resolve supplier and internal stakeholder queries relating to invoices, payments, and accounts payable activities, providing excellent customer-focused support.
  • You will assist in the preparation, consolidation, and communication of cash outflow reporting and treasury-related information.
  • You will perform treasury accounting activities including customer cash applications, internal cash transfers, and treasury-related journal entries.
  • You will prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating outstanding items and ensuring timely resolution of reconciling differences.
  • You will investigate unidentified bank transactions and coordinate with banking partners, suppliers, and internal finance teams to ensure appropriate identification, accounting, and resolution.
  • You will perform accounts receivable cash application activities and support the Credit Control team with cash allocation and collection-related queries.
  • You will support month-end closing activities by ensuring payments, bank transactions, reconciliations, and treasury-related accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.
  • You will proactively resolve operational issues and escalations while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality and timely outcomes.
  • You will work closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and other Finance teams to resolve process gaps and ensure accurate end-to-end financial accounting.
  • You will contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, controls, and operational effectiveness.

Skills

  • You should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience within Finance, preferably in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Cash Management, Bank Accounting, or Payment Operations.
  • You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls, supported by practical experience in payment processing, banking activities, and reconciliations.
  • You should have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse and reconcile large volumes of financial data.
  • You should have experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • You should have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and drive issues through to resolution.
  • You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and sensitive financial information.
  • You should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving priorities and recurring financial reporting deadlines.
