Overview
Digitas is looking for an outstanding Senior Advanced Analytics Specialist with a strong background in econometric modeling to join our growing data and analytics team. You will act as our senior modeler for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), owning the end-to-end development of econometric models that quantify the impact of media and non-media drivers on business performance, while also contributing to multi-touch attribution, marketing experimentation, and propensity modeling. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, translating complex statistical work into clear, actionable recommendations that uncover opportunities, optimize performance, and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain econometric Marketing Mix Models (MMM) that quantify the impact of media and non-media drivers (price, promotions, seasonality, macroeconomic factors) on sales and other business KPIs.
- Model adstock and saturation effects and translate model outputs into budget allocation and optimization scenarios for clients.
- Lead multi-touch attribution (MTA) modeling and help integrate it with MMM into a unified marketing measurement framework.
- Design, execute, and analyze marketing experiments (geo-experiments, holdout tests, incrementality/lift studies) to validate and calibrate models.
- Develop propensity and predictive models to support targeting, activation, and client decision-making.
- Bring in new ideas and methodological rigor to improve the performance and reliability of our data and modeling outputs.
- Collaborate closely with internal, multidisciplinary teams to drive success against client’s business goals.
- Create data reports and visualizations, preferably using Power BI, to communicate model results clearly.
- Analyze, clean, and organize data to ensure quality and consistency across modeling inputs.
- Take part in activities that require presenting and reporting directly to clients, including senior marketing stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience in econometric or statistical modeling, including proven end-to-end experience building, deploying, and maintaining Marketing Mix Models (MMM) in a professional environment.
- Strong command of Bayesian methods (e.g. PyMC, Stan), frequentist models, and familiarity with MMM frameworks/tools such as Robyn, Meridian, or LightweightMMM.
- Solid understanding of causal inference techniques and experience designing marketing experiments (geo-experiments, difference-in-differences, synthetic control) to measure incrementality.
- Experience building propensity, scoring, or other predictive models applied to marketing use cases.
- Experience in Data Management and Processing Skills
- Scripting abilities, especially in SQL, with Python or R.
- Capacity to design and manage databases, with a focus on relational databases using tools like Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and Microsoft Access.
- Competencies in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and methods.
- Familiarity with data exploitation and visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- A good understanding of data, data processing, and architecture.
- A willingness to spend part of your working time on data checking, cleaning, and organizing.
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to speak directly with clients, translating technical modeling work into clear business recommendations.
- Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's or PhD a plus).
- Track record presenting MMM or attribution results to senior marketing stakeholders and influencing budget decisions.
- Good level of English (B2).
- Proactive, well-organized, and analytical profile

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
