You’ll lead reporting on industry skills and diversity priorities, develop KPIs and performance measures in collaboration with partner teams, analyse workforce and labour market trends, and provide advice that supports Transport’s commitments and objectives, and help turn policy commitments into reportable outcomes on the ground.
You’ll also partner with project teams, contractors and key stakeholders to gather data, identify trends and deliver clear, compelling insights for executive and ministerial audiences.
You will lead analysis and evidence-based recommendations based on reported data in a complex infrastructure environment, helping shape policy, influence strategy and improve industry capability, workforce outcomes and diversity across major projects.
