As we expand our TikTok Shop operations, we’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Affiliate Coordinator to join our team in Bangkok.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Senior Affiliate Coordinator to manage and grow our affiliate network. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners to drive traffic and sales for our brand partners on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, experience in affiliate marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to join our TikTok Shop affiliate program.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are supported and motivated to promote our brand partners effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (clicks, sales, conversion rates), providing regular reports and insights to the team and partners.
Content Coordination: Work closely with the content team to ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date marketing materials, product information, and promotional assets.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers to create and execute affiliate campaigns, driving targeted traffic and sales on TikTok Shop.
Incentive Programs: Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate affiliates to reach their sales and engagement goals.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and TikTok Shop best practices to continuously optimize affiliate strategies.
Event Management: Represent the brand at TikTok creator events, prepare booth presentations, engage with creators, and manage post-event follow-ups.
Business Proposal & Pitch Development: Develop end-to-end commercial proposals for new business opportunities, create strategic pitch decks tailored to brand objectives and category challenges.
E-commerce Growth Strategy Planning: Identify key growth drivers by channel, traffic source, and campaign period, recommend investment allocation across content, creator, affiliate, media, and platform campaigns.
GMV Forecasting & Business Modeling: Build GMV projections based on Creator performance, Content volume, Livestream productivity, Traffic assumptions, Conversion benchmarks
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Analyze historical sales and campaign performance data, identify growth opportunities and business risks, develop performance dashboards and executive summaries, Translate data insights into actionable growth recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of TikTok and social commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, affiliate management platforms, and Google Analytics.
Fluent in English is a plus.
