Senior Agent - Art Division

Senior Agent - Art Division MA+Group is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategically minded Senior Agent to join the Art Division. This role is ideal for a highly connected professional with a strong understanding of Illustration, visual design, CGI and Animation and a proven ability to secure and grow client relationships, and experience managing high-level artist representation. The Senior Agent will play a central role in expanding the division’s commercial opportunities, overseeing artist relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client development. The successful candidate will combine strong creative instincts with commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach. Key Responsibilities Artist Representation & Management • Represent and manage a roster of artists, ensuring strategic career development and commercial growth • Identify opportunities aligned with each artist’s creative direction and market positioning • Work with artists on long-term career strategy • Recruit and develop new artist talent for the division Client Development & Revenue Generation • Source, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies and creative • Meet and exceed individual and division sales targets Strategic Partnerships • Develop partnerships and collaborations that elevate both artists and the MA+ brand • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends Negotiation & Project Oversight • Lead negotiations relating to contracts and fees • Create project scopes • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 3+years experience in talent management • Strong knowledge of multimedia art and design workflows • Existing network of industry contacts • Proven ability to generate revenue and secure commercial partnerships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Strategic and commercially minded • Highly organized and self-directed Desirable Attributes • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong cultural awareness and aesthetic sensibility • Passion for contemporary art, design, and culture • Collaborative leadership style • Ability to balance creative integrity with commercial opportunity Division MA+ Locations Paris - Sévigné, London - 190 Strand, New York - Mercer Street Remote status Hybrid
