About the Role
Join a product and engineering team at a Series B AI sales technology company, building autonomous agents that support sales workflows. You will work directly with customers to deploy agents, improve their performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Deploy and iterate on AI agents for account strategy, prospecting, outreach, call preparation, and follow-ups.
Partner closely with customers through calls and shared communication channels, translating feedback into product improvements.
Build agents that automate nuanced sales development work, with clear evaluations, calibrated trust, and the ability to improve over time.
Own customer deployment outcomes and troubleshoot production issues across complex technical environments.
Communicate agent capabilities to sales teams, customer needs to engineering, and deployment progress to leadership.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years building and shipping production AI agents or agentic workflows to external users.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool use, evaluations, and trust calibration in production AI systems.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, with a track record of shipping production code end to end.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and resolving production issues in ambiguous technical environments.
A degree in computer science from a strong university, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a high degree of ownership.
Familiarity with sales or go-to-market workflows; technical founder or early-stage product ownership experience is relevant.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $215,000 to $300,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California, with at least three days per week in the office.
