We are currently looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to develop an AI-powered advisory solution for a large German company. The application will provide personalized recommendations and guide customers throughout the digital consultation and sales journey.

💻 What you’ll be working on:

✔ Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows and customer advisory capabilities

✔ Developing and optimizing LLM-powered applications and RAG architectures

✔ Building solutions using LangGraph, LangChain and LangFuse

✔ Translating complex business rules into reliable and scalable AI-agent behavior

✔ Implementing quality assurance and evaluation concepts using DeepEval and G-Eval

✔ Supporting the deployment and operationalization of the solution in a production environment

✔ Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams

✔ Contributing to the design, development, testing and production rollout of the solution

🔎 What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong expertise in Python

✔ Experience developing production-grade REST APIs with FastAPI

✔ Solid software engineering fundamentals, clean-code principles and design patterns

✔ Practical experience building LLM-powered applications

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• Prompt Engineering
• Function Calling and Tool Calling
• Agentic AI Systems
• Multi-Agent Architectures
• Context and Memory Management
• Structured Outputs

✔ Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG solutions

✔ Good understanding of embeddings, vector databases, ranking, retrieval optimization and hybrid search

✔ Experience with Azure AI Search or comparable search platforms

✔ Practical knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph and LangFuse

✔ Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as DeepEval, G-Eval or similar solutions

✔ Experience with PgVector, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

✔ Cloud experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure

✔ Experience with automated testing frameworks
