Key Responsibilities Build agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or other approved frameworks, including Python-based frameworks where appropriate. Build or coordinate rapid prototypes and validate them with business users. Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows. Implement grounding, citation, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns. Integrate agents with enterprise tools and APIs. Create automated evaluations and optimize answer quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost. Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous agent improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field. Software development experience. Experience developing generative AI, AI assistant, or agent-based applications. Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services. Experience deploying secure, testable enterprise applications. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent systems, or comparable orchestration frameworks. Experience implementing RAG, evaluation pipelines, citations, and tool-use controls. Azure AI Engineer or related certification.
