Join Novonesis as a Senior AI Data Analyst and help advance how AI is applied to data and analytics across our global organization. As part of Data & AI Enablement within the Data Office in Global IT, you will work with specialists across India and Denmark to evolve our Citizen Data Platform and help business teams create value from data and emerging AI capabilities.

The role & your impact
You will help translate our AI-enabled direction for the Citizen Data Platform into practical solutions and adoption activities, making advanced analytics and AI capabilities more accessible to business users across Novonesis. You will support conversational analytics experiences such as Copilot in Power BI and Fabric Data Agents, advise teams on effective uses of AI within analytics, and help turn successful solutions into reusable assets and best practices that can scale across the organization.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Contribute to the development and delivery of our AI-enabled direction for the Citizen Data Platform.
• Support adoption of conversational analytics by engaging with business teams and providing practical guidance and strategic direction.
• Assess market trends and identify opportunities where AI can simplify access to data and insights.
• Enable and support users on the Citizen Data Platform through training programmes, drop-in support sessions, community engagement, and support handling.
• Contribute to governance standards and best practices for AI-enabled analytics, while helping maintain reporting that tracks usage, platform health, and compliance.
• Collaborate with platform teams, architects, AI specialists, legal, and security teams to guide use cases toward appropriate solutions and ensure alignment with established governance, compliance, and security requirements.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• 5+ years of experience within analytics, business intelligence, data platforms, AI enablement, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, KNIME, or similar citizen developer technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience driving enablement, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience planning and delivering projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.

Additional skills & interests we value

• Experience working with generative AI or conversational agents.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and an ability to translate new capabilities into practical business value.
• An interest in how AI can transform traditional analytics capabilities and ways of working.
• A structured approach and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions in an evolving environment.

Working conditions
The position is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid working setup. The role includes occasional travel as we scale capabilities and enablement globally across Novonesis.
