In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and outcomes. Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives. Develop and implement AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools. Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude AI) into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows. Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI-driven applications. Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components. Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources. Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments. Support AI adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activities. Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and governance requirements. Who You Are: You are a hands-on developer with strong software engineering skills and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world business problems. You possess both the technical capability to build AI-powered applications and the curiosity to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value. You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and continuously exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation and automation. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software development. 1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services). Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications. Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration. Experience leading or supporting AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Familiarity with Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture is a plus. Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration. Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise security considerations.
