About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our growing Enterprise AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI agent frameworks.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and intelligent AI agents.
• Build production-ready AI solutions using Google Vertex AI, Anthropic models, and other cloud AI services.
• Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern agentic frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
• Engineer, evaluate, and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance.
• Ensure AI applications meet enterprise security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform best practices.
• Deliver highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable production AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of enterprise AI development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Experience working with Anthropic models and AI SDKs/ADKs.
• Experience with major cloud AI APIs and services.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as:
• Vertex AI Vector Search
• Pinecone
• Weaviate
• Advanced Prompt Engineering skills.
• Experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working independently in distributed teams.

• Experience working on Enterprise AI or Corporate AI teams.
• Experience developing internal AI tools and AI agents.
