ABOUT US
Founded in 1993, Bayview Asset Management is an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and other credit-related assets.
POSITION SUMMARY
Bayview is building a dedicated AI Enablement function to accelerate the practical, responsible adoption of AI across the firm. As a Senior AI Enablement Consultant, you will serve as a senior individual contributor within the function, helping shape how Bayview identifies, prioritizes, delivers, and scales AI-enabled solutions across business units.
This role will own complex, high-impact business engagements from initial discovery through implementation and adoption. You will partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operating challenges, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and determine the right approach—whether through enterprise AI tools, no-code/low-code solutions, process redesign, or partnership with IT for more complex development.
Beyond individual engagements, you will help establish the broader AI Enablement approach across the firm, including prioritization frameworks, reusable solutions, best practices, adoption strategies, and standards for how business teams engage with AI. You will remain hands-on where needed, while providing structure, direction, and expertise across the function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own strategic AI enablement engagements. Lead complex, high-impact engagements with business units, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to understand priorities, processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI.
- Shape the AI opportunity pipeline. Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, risk, and level of effort, helping determine where the function should focus its resources.
- Translate strategy into practical solutions. Determine the appropriate solution approach for identified opportunities and drive initiatives from discovery and design through testing, implementation, adoption, and measurement.
- Build and scale AI solutions. Develop agents, enterprise skills, prompt workflows, and no-code/low-code automations while identifying opportunities to standardize and reuse successful solutions across the firm.
- Establish enablement standards and best practices. Help define frameworks, methodologies, templates, and operating practices that create a consistent and scalable approach to AI enablement across business units.
- Partner with IT and technical teams. Identify when opportunities require custom development, integrations, data connectivity, or platform capabilities and translate business needs into clear requirements for technical partners.
- Drive enterprise adoption. Develop and lead targeted training, workshops, demonstrations, office hours, and other programs that move teams beyond basic AI usage toward meaningful integration into day-to-day workflows.
- Advise business leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, use cases, limitations, and emerging opportunities, helping stakeholders distinguish high-value applications from lower-value experimentation.
- Measure business impact. Establish success measures for AI initiatives and evaluate adoption, efficiency, productivity, quality, and other business outcomes to inform future investment and prioritization.
- Support responsible AI adoption. Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with firm standards for data protection, security, governance, compliance, and cost management.
- Evaluate emerging capabilities. Stay current on developments across enterprise AI platforms, models, agents, and automation capabilities; assess their relevance to Bayview and recommend where new capabilities should be piloted or adopted.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, business technology, product, process improvement, AI enablement, or a related business-facing technology function
- Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise GenAI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, including prompt engineering, agents, skills, and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured opportunities, solution approaches, and implementation plans
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, scalability, and effort grapefruit
- Hands-on ability to build agents, skills, workflows, and automations using no-code/low-code capabilities; deep application development and complex integrations are handled in partnership with IT
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence
LOCATION AND COMPENSATION:
- This role is available to sit in either our Denver (CO), New York (NY), Coral Gables (FL) or Fort Lauderdale (FL) office location.
- This role will be hybrid with 3 days in office (Tues - Thursday) and 2 work from home (Monday and Friday).
