Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. The role is focused on building AI-powered solutions that enhance business workflows, automate internal processes, and extend the value of our data infrastructure. You will design and implement LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI tools - working closely with business teams to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities ​ Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and automation frameworks. Build and maintain vector search pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems. Integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business workflows. Develop APIs and backend services that expose AI functionality to other systems. Evaluate and select appropriate models, embeddings, and retrieval strategies. Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions. Required Qualifications Strong Python skills. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.). Experience with APIs and version control (Git). Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation. Desired Qualifications Experience with document processing or OCR systems. Familiarity with React / TypeScript / Next.js for building internal AI tools. Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines. Familiarity with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools. Knowledge of relational databases and basic data querying (SQL).
