• Join a global Data & AI team focused on AI innovation and digital transformation.
• Work on cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM-based products.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia.
• Play a key role in designing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Approximately 10% international travel.

Remit

AI & Generative AI Engineering

• Design, develop and deploy enterprise AI products and applications.
• Build solutions using:
• Azure OpenAI
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Vector Databases
• RAG Frameworks
• LangChain
• Develop and maintain custom Generative AI solutions.
• Build and support LLM APIs and backend services.
• Create scalable AI applications for business users.
• Contribute to AI platform development and architecture.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Work with Azure, OpenShift, Vertex AI and other cloud technologies.
• Support production deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and production-ready.

Technical Leadership

• Define and promote AI engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Support technical delivery of AI initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across AI development processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science or Machine Learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
• LLMs
• Transformer Models
• Vector Databases
• RAG Architectures
• LangChain
• Strong Python development skills.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
• FastAPI
• SQLAlchemy
• Pydantic
• Experience owning technical delivery of AI products.
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience deploying ML models into production.
• MLOps experience including:
• Kubeflow
• MLflow
• Kubernetes experience.
• Docker experience.
• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms.
