We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to be a key player in building and delivering AI capabilities in production environments. If you excel in software engineering, specifically in designing and implementing GenAI workflows and agentic systems, and have a strong inclination towards product development, this opportunity is for you! 🚀

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop GenAI workflows incorporating structured data, business logic, retrieval processes, prompts, models, tools, and APIs.
• Implement systems agentic functionalities, including tool use, multi-step reasoning, orquestación, state management, and structured outputs.
• Utilize advanced technical prompting techniques and conduct evaluations, observability checks, and regression testing.
• Architect AI/ML systems on a broader scale, focusing on comprehensive designs rather than mere integrations.
• Mentor other engineers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in software engineering with a focus on architecture, APIs, testing, and production environments.
• Proficient in Python (knowledge of other languages/stacks is a bonus).
• Hands-on experience building features and applications with LLMs in production settings.
• Skilled in prompt/context architecture, structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval, and model integrations.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
• Previous design of broader AI/ML architectures, emphasizing holistic solutions.
• Experience with agentic systems/orchestration tools like OpenAI Agents SDK and LangGraph is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in SaaS enterprise environments, AI analytics agents in production, Workforce/HR/people analytics/BI products, data pipelines/ETL processes, AWS, Databricks, AI observability/evaluation platforms, regression testing of models, and prompts.
