4. Security, Governance & Responsible AI
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Ensure AI solutions respect source-system permissions and data-access restrictions.
- Apply security and privacy controls for confidential and sensitive financial information.
- Implement logging, monitoring, auditability, and observability for AI integrations.
- Help establish AI governance practices, including data protection, response quality, evaluation, and responsible AI usage.
5. Engineering Excellence & Delivery
- Own assigned technical deliverables from design through production.

- Develop automated tests and validation strategies for AI-powered features.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, grounding, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot integration and production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
- Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
