About the role We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop production-grade AI applications using Python and modern Generative AI technologies. You will build scalable AI services, integrate Large Language Models into enterprise systems and collaborate closely with architects and product teams. Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python Build production-ready LLM integrations and AI services Develop RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval solutions Integrate external APIs, enterprise systems and AI models Create reusable AI components and backend services Optimize prompts, inference performance and application quality Develop automated testing for AI applications Collaborate with Architects, Data Engineers and Software Engineers Participate in code reviews and technical improvements Contribute to CI/CD and engineering best practices Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience 2+ years of commercial experience developing AI or Generative AI solutions Strong Python programming skills Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar) Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks Experience building RAG solutions Experience working with vector databases Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development Experience with Docker Experience with Git and CI/CD Knowledge of prompt engineering Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) Good communication skills Fluent English - C1 Nice to have Experience with AI Agents Knowledge of FastAPI Experience with Kubernetes Experience with LLM evaluation and observability Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI AI-related certifications Department Software Delivery Role Software Engineer Locations Poland (PL) Remote status Fully Remote Hourly salary PLN110 - PLN150 Skills Python Experience Senior Area AI About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
