About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is AI-Native in their development approach. In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and scaling of web applications using Laravel, React.js, and MySQL.

To us, "AI-Native" means you actively embrace modern AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to write clean, maintainable code faster, debug efficiently, and ship robust software without sacrificing core engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Feature Delivery: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using Laravel (PHP) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Database Optimization: Handle schema design, indexing, complex query optimization, and data modeling in MySQL for high-concurrency environments.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, script agents) as part of your daily workflow to accelerate engineering velocity and code quality.
• Technical Quality: Participate in architectural decisions, drive code reviews, ensure strong test coverage, and uphold clean code principles.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to take features from concept to production.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience building production-grade web applications.
• Core Tech Stack Expertise:
• Laravel (PHP): Advanced proficiency (REST APIs, Queue workers, ORM/Eloquent, Middleware, Security).
• React.js: Strong expertise with modern React (Hooks, State Management, Next.js/Vite, UI Frameworks).
• MySQL: Deep understanding of schema design, execution plans, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
• AI-First Developer Mindset: Demonstrated daily usage of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to enhance personal productivity, debugging, and code generation.
• Core Fundamentals: Strong problem-solving abilities, solid CS fundamentals, and a proactive ownership mindset.
