About the Role
Bring hands-on general contracting project management judgment to an AI construction technology team developing 4D scheduling capabilities. You will help shape how complex construction projects are planned and executed by connecting real-world experience with 3D models, schedules, and planning data.
What You'll Do
Help design and develop 4D scheduling capabilities that reflect how construction projects are planned and delivered.
Guide product and engineering decisions with practical experience in construction planning and execution.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your day-to-day work.
Collaborate with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code.
Work in person with the team in San Francisco for approximately one week each month.
What We're Looking For
8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience, including both planning and field execution.
Experience managing complex projects across the United States, or leading project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery.
Background with a general contracting company and the ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Familiarity with construction project management tools, 3D modeling or BIM software, and 4D scheduling concepts.
A civil engineering or construction management background; curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools are welcome.
Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $140,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, with in-person team time approximately one week per month.
