Senior AI Software Engineer

Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Senior Software Engineer provides dedicated infrastructure and software engineering services to ensure the CLIENT’s growing portfolio of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions are securely, efficiently, and seamlessly deployed, integrated, and operated across enterprise cloud and technology platforms. Duties include: Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. Directing system installation and upgrades. Determining system specifications and requirements. Improving system performance by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Collaborating with a Joint Development Team (JDT) to ensure all work aligns with CLIENT's IT roadmap and stakeholder requirements. Requirements Required Skills: Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Must have a DHS or FEMA clearance Must have 5-10 years of experience in the following: software development, scripting and project management Scrum/Agile development methodologies In-depth knowledge of relational databases Hands-on experience developing applications using multiple frameworks Proficiency in software engineering tools and in software architecture Proficiency in full stack development approaches and program languages such as PERN (a cohesive collection of technologies that includes PostgreSQL, Express. js, React, and Node. Js) and infrastructure coding tools such as Terraform. Expertise in managing Continuous Integration/Continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and git-based code management. Experience integrating observability tools into software engineering efforts. Experience with AI capabilities embedded in SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow (Now Assist) and CRM software (Einstein AI) Salary Description $150,000 - $200,000
