You’ll help build and scale the AI tooling and infrastructure behind our global health and wellness marketplace that powers millions of users worldwide. Get ready to Design and build innovative AI tooling and infrastructure with security and observability in mind Play a key role in shaping next-generation agentic business solutions Provide technical leadership and inspire others through hands-on excellence Contribute to building a world class product and engineering community What our team does We build AI marketing, customer support and business intelligence tooling where we process massive amounts of text, image and video data Our tooling is built around agentic systems and custom-built machine learning models Our stack is primarily based on TypeScript, Python (for machine learning), React, Mastra, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, BigQuery, PgVector, SQS, Redis, Elasticache, DataDog etc. Our challenges are mainly engineering ones - how to build low-latency, high availability business-critical applications This role requires a high level of creativity, as we build tools that are either significantly superior to existing market solutions or entirely novel. We expect you to Have at least 3+ years of experience working with backend systems (preferably JS) Have a good understanding of how infrastructure and code work together Have experience working with relational and non-relational databases Have proven examples of introducing improvements to the past teams and organizations Nice to have: experience with building frontend, distributed systems, event-driven system design, performance optimization and monitoring, experience with Machine Learning Salary Gross salary range is 5500-7000 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
