Our Client is hiring for a reputed client to support a major government programme. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise AI transformation, this is a chance to help shape how Artificial Intelligence-and Generative AI-can be adopted responsibly to deliver measurable change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and define enterprise AI and Generative AI strategies aligned to organisational priorities
  • Lead AI transformation roadmapping, turning opportunities into clear implementation plans
  • Design AI operating models that enable enterprise-wide adoption
  • Engage senior stakeholders to guide the strategic adoption and application of AI technologies
  • Manage and prioritise AI portfolios so initiatives stay aligned with wider business objectives
  • Build robust business cases for AI investment, demonstrating commercial and operational value
  • Establish approaches to AI value realisation, ensuring benefits are measurable
  • Develop and embed AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks
  • Identify, assess and help mitigate risks linked to AI implementation and adoption
  • Translate business requirements into practical AI strategies and solutions with client teams

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in AI strategy development and enterprise AI transformation
  • Proven delivery experience across enterprise AI adoption programmes
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI strategy and how to apply it in large organisations
  • Experience creating AI operating models and transformation roadmaps
  • Capabilities in AI portfolio management and value-focused business case development
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI and AI risk management
  • Excellent consulting skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders in complex environments
