Blue Mark Agency is a growing digital marketing agency working with businesses across Jordan, the GCC, and international markets.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our remote creative team and take ownership of producing high-quality video content, paid advertising creatives, social media content, and AI-powered visual experiences.

This is not a basic video editing role. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, visual communication, motion graphics, AI video generation, advertising creatives, and modern content production.

What You’ll Do

* Edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, Shorts, social media videos, and paid ads

* Create engaging video content from raw footage, scripts, references, and creative concepts

* Develop professional Motion Graphics, animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects

* Use AI tools to generate and enhance video, images, voiceovers, scenes, and creative assets

* Create AI-generated video content using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, or similar platforms

* Transform static concepts into dynamic and engaging video content

* Create performance-focused video ads designed around hooks, retention, storytelling, and conversion

* Adapt creatives into multiple formats and variations for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, Media Buyers, and Account Managers

* Stay up to date with the latest AI video generation and creative production trends

* Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, pacing, sound design, and brand identity

* Handle multiple projects and clients while consistently meeting deadlines

Required Skills

* 3+ years of professional video editing experience

* Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

* Excellent understanding of Motion Graphics and animation

* Strong knowledge of AI video generation and AI creative tools

* Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends

* Excellent sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, and sound design

* Experience creating performance marketing ads is highly preferred

* Ability to take a concept or script and turn it into a compelling finished video without excessive supervision

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent English communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

AI Tools Experience

Experience with tools such as:

Runway • Kling • Veo • Sora • Midjourney • Flux • ElevenLabs • CapCut AI • ChatGPT

is highly valued.

You don’t need to know every tool, but you must be someone who actively experiments with AI and knows how to integrate it into professional video production.
