Senior Algorithmic Trader / Liquidity Researcher

Key Responsibilities Responsible for the design, day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement of high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products. Own strategies development and growth roadmap, while ensuring alignment with the overall business mandates. Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems. Collaborate with operations, clearing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements. Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures. Requirements Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in quantitative trading firms, brokers, and trading houses, with a proven track record of success. Experience in market microstructure and analysis of order books and trade data. Experience in algorithmic trading and execution strategy design. Experience in alpha signal generation is a plus. Solid knowledge of quantitative modeling, with the ability to independently build algo specifications for new trading strategies and collaborate with developers to deliver them. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; C++ or Rust is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and highly independent working style. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a global team in a fast-paced environment.
