Senior Amazon Seller Central Manager – Remote

About the Role
Tiffand is seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon business. This is a hands-on position for someone with deep, practical experience working inside Amazon Seller Central, particularly within the United States marketplace.
The right person will take ownership of day-to-day Seller Central operations, identify opportunities and problems without waiting to be told, and follow issues through to resolution. We need someone who is equally comfortable working with flat files, troubleshooting catalog problems, analyzing performance, managing inventory, and coordinating listing improvements.
This is not an entry-level Amazon VA, customer service, PPC-only, or freelance position. You must have substantial hands-on experience managing Seller Central operations and independently resolving problems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
- Make catalog updates using category-specific flat files and bulk-upload templates
- Troubleshoot listing, variation, contribution, attribute, and catalog issues
- Open and manage Seller Support cases through resolution
- Work within Amazon Brand Registry
- Monitor Account Health and help resolve policy or compliance issues
- Investigate and resolve hazmat classification and restricted-product issues
- Prepare FBA shipments and provide shipping labels and documentation to suppliers
- Monitor inventory and help determine replenishment and reorder needs
- Record incoming inventory and purchase order information in our systems
- Identify and resolve stranded, suppressed, and inactive inventory
- Create SKUs according to established company naming conventions
- Monitor pricing and manage repricing
- Review reimbursement opportunities and manage reimbursement cases
- Analyze Amazon business reports and translate findings into specific actions
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, sales, and profitability
- Verify that requested listing and catalog changes are implemented correctly
- Maintain accurate documentation and project information in Google Drive
Brand and Listing Development
- Conduct listing audits and competitive research
- Research customer reviews and voice-of-customer information
- Recommend improvements to titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend content
- Coordinate with our graphic designer on product images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and other creative assets
- Create or help create A+ Content, Brand Stories, comparison charts, and image alt text
- Assist with advertising analysis and coordinate with advertising specialists when necessary
- Monitor listing performance after changes are made
Additional Responsibilities
Amazon will be the primary focus of this position. Additional responsibilities may occasionally include:
- Basic eBay order and listing management
- Basic Walmart order and listing management
- Recording business expenses and maintaining operational records
- Working within Google Workspace
- Project management and other administrative tasks directly related to marketplace operations
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Extensive experience managing Amazon accounts in the United States marketplace
- Strong knowledge of Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, and upload-processing reports
- Experience creating and modifying listings, variations, and catalog attributes
- Experience preparing FBA shipments and managing inventory
- Experience working with Seller Support and resolving complicated account or catalog issues
- Working knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry
- Good understanding of Amazon policies and the ability to keep up with policy changes
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Amazon business reports
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets/excel and Google Drive
- Excellent written and Fluent spoken English, including professional grammar
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify completed work
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and operate with limited supervision
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote-working environment
Experience with PPC, Account Health, reimbursements, eBay, or Walmart is helpful, but deep Seller Central operational experience is the priority.

Schedule and Employment Expectations
This position requires eight+ working hours per day and consistent overlap with our U.S.-based team.
Your established schedule must fall within our operating window of 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time. The specific eight-hour schedule will be established before hiring.
This position must be your only full-time job. All ongoing employment, freelance clients, businesses, or recurring work commitments must be disclosed before hiring. Undisclosed simultaneous full-time employment or job stacking is not permitted and may result in immediate termination.
