Headquartered in Hyderabad (India), the company employs high caliber data scientists, economists, analytics professionals and data engineers from some of the finest institutions in the country striving to create more transparent credit & business environment and robust economies. key Responsibilities: Build & support automation requirement & opportunities across analytics programs Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPI scorecards, executive reports Partner with BU stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver intelligent knowledge discovery capabilities. Design and develop monitoring and QA automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. Work with stakeholders in providing additional analysis based on specific needs Support and contribute to various GenAI initiatives across the organization. Research and stay UpToDate with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies, models, and frameworks. Key Skills: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Automation, Cloud-native development. Proven track record of delivering cloud native solution and automations in production environments. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Strong programming expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, BigQuery/Redshift, and SQL for large-scale data processing, analytics, and reporting solutions. Deep understanding of Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib etc. Understanding of GenAI applications. Good to have experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience designing and building APIs and services using frameworks like FastAPI/Flask. Good to have understanding of MLOps principles, including model versioning, automated evaluation, and CI/CD process.
