You’re RGA ready

RGA is a purpose-driven organization working to solve today’s challenges through innovation and collaboration. A Fortune 200 Company and listed among its World’s Most Admired Companies, we’re the only global reinsurance company to focus primarily on life- and health-related solutions. Join our multinational team of intelligent, motivated, and collaborative people, and help us make financial protection accessible to all.

A Brief Overview

The Senior Analyst, Private Debt & Equity Operations is an experienced operational professional responsible for the execution of illiquid asset lifecycle servicing workflows across asset onboarding, data collection and document management, ongoing servicing, cash and position reconciliation, and transfer processing. The Senior Analyst operates with a high degree of independence, bringing technical depth and process ownership to assigned workflows. In addition to executing core operational tasks, this role serves as a functional resource for Analysts and Associates — providing guidance, reviewing work, and supporting the Director on exception resolution and process improvement.

What you will do

  • Execute asset onboarding for private debt and equity investments, ensuring structures, counterparties, and data attributes are captured accurately and completely in operational systems.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain legal, financial, and operational documentation, ensuring proper version control and audit‑ready document management.
  • Perform ongoing asset servicing activities, including cash and position reconciliation across capital calls, distributions, valuations, and positions.
  • Process transfers, assignments, novations, restructurings, and ownership changes in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks with fund administrators, custodians, and counterparties, escalating unresolved items as appropriate.
  • Execute daily and periodic operational controls, including onboarding completeness checks, document validation, servicing reconciliations, and wire and cash controls.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready records of all transactions, exceptions, and resolution actions within assigned workflows.
  • Serve as a functional resource to Analysts and Associates by reviewing work output, answering questions, and providing guidance on complex or non‑standard transactions.
  • Support onboarding and training of junior staff and contribute to the maintenance of standard operating procedures for assigned workflows.
  • Act as a day‑to‑day operational contact for Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, Legal, and Cash Management on onboarding, servicing status, documentation, and liquidity-related matters.
