As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will turn complex data into business insights, improve critical sales processes, and help leaders make informed decisions that drive growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-visibility projects, partner with stakeholders across the business, and build scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
What You Will Do
- Develop and enhance dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting tools, and executive-level analyses using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Analyze sales, financial, operational, compensation, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Lead territory alignment, quota planning, order crediting, and sales compensation support activities to improve accuracy and execution.
- Manage requests for information, proposals, security assessments, and customer questionnaires by coordinating timelines, contributors, reviews, and final submissions.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Product Management, Information Systems, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver business solutions.
- Improve business processes, reporting frameworks, data controls, system workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and data integrity.
- Create executive presentations and decision-support materials that provide clear, actionable business recommendations.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum two years of professional experience.
- Experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating large or complex datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Experience developing dashboards, key performance indicators, data models, executive summaries, and business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, software, SaaS, or another complex business-to-business environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar business systems and analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting sales compensation, territory planning, quota setting, proposal management, data governance, security assessments, or procurement processes.

- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual

Work Flexibility
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
